Graduate Level Entry

HONEYWELL EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME
The Honeywell Excellence Programme (HEP), our Management Trainee scheme, was conceived to nurture young graduates freshly recruited into the Honeywell Group. Our expectation is that some of these trainees would develop to take charge of our various Unit Companies as Senior Managers and Chief Executive Officers in future.

This Programme is in its 14th year of existence and has recorded significant successes. A considerable number of participants have been trained, smoothly introduced and integrated into the Honeywell Group through the Programme. To date, the Programme has produced seven (7) sets of Management Trainees. Feedback and reports show that the products of the Programme are performing creditably well and are holding sensitive positions in our Unit Companies, and at the Corporate Office.

Each edition of the Programme is scheduled for eighteen months and is usually packaged in three phases. The trainees are given practical exposure in the respective Unit Companies, and are continuously backed up with theoretical underpinnings at bi-monthly seminar sessions.

Ideal candidates for the Honeywell Excellence Programme must have a good university degree (Minimum of 2nd Class Upper or an Upper Credit for HND holders) from a recognised academic institution. They must not be more than 28 years of age, and must be self-starters with an innate drive and hunger for challenges. They must also possess good communication and people skills.
