The Corporate office of the group provides strategic planning and control of the autonomous business units, which are run day-to-day by their respective management teams. The corporate office interfaces with all unit companies to ensure that issues and operational challenges are addressed on a “real time” basis and together with unit company management, work to achieve the objective of delivering increased shareholder value.

The corporate office is structured along the following units:
Group Directorate
- The directorate provides overall vision and leadership for the group’s businesses. The directorate ensures that all corporate objectives and targets are clearly defined and met within the defined period. Creates an enabling environment that empowers Heads to undertake fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of the business processes
Finance & Treasury
- The Finance and Treasury department prudently manage the finances of the corporate office with the aim of ensuring liquidity of the office. The team prepares and maintains all necessary books of accounts and financial statements to ensure Management can ascertain a true and accurate view of the financial position of the corporate office at any point in time
Human Capital Advisory
- The Human Capital team coordinates the human resources management and administration functions of the Corporate Office. The team is also responsible to set up and supervise HR function for start-up investments and selected business units, facilitate recruitment of first-rate senior executives for the effective management of portfolio investments and update group HR policies based on identified best practices applicable for business units
