Uraga Real Estate was created in November 2008 to consolidate the real estate activities of the Honeywell Group into new company with a renewed focus and strategy. The two main business units integrated into the new company are Skyview Estates, a specialist developer and property/facilities management company and the development team from Anchorage Leisures, our hospitality vehicle, developing our flagship 5 Star Radisson SAS Hotel in Victoria Island.
